Nine Inch Nails has been forced to cancel their Taipei, Taiwan show on August 12. Due to "circumstances beyond their control," production and venue issues forced the promoter to cancel the band's performance at Nan-Kang 101. Straight music house, the promoter, will be issuing all refunds and ticket holders will be required to submit a refund form before receiving their refunds. Forms and information can be obtained at straightmusichouse.com. Straight music house will begin issuing refunds on August 11th, 2009.
